This course is worth every penny. I’m pretty skilled in Ableton, but I still learned a ton just from watching someone else create in a intimate way using the screencast. Even the question and answer sessions from those of us watching will cause you to think in new ways about creating in Ableton.

@SonGetWreck My personal experience with producing music on a PC was that I spent 50% of my time troubleshooting issues, not writing music. If you can build your own and have the tech skills to keep it running okay, sure grab a PC, but for me, I value a machine that is easy to maintain. I also like the concept of CoreAudio, as in the whole OS is built around audio as the core. That design philosophy makes Macs a clear choice for me. �

Also, IMO, your computer is not “hardware” it’s your musical instrument. I chose to invest in the best instrument I could find for my uses.
